Nest's servers sometimes have downtime which mean you cannot login. Try again in a few hours. If you continue to have problems, please reach out.
My graph isn't displaying any data
Unfortunately Nest do not provide a way to access your device history, so we have to manually track it ourselves. This means that the first time you run Inversion, there will be no data to show. Over time, Inversion will collect data (which is never shared with anyone) and display it in a beautiful graph, right in your menu bar.
My Nest Protect Devices do not appear
We currently do not support Nest Protect devices, but maybe in the future!
